Sea Monkey Adventures is located at 955 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA. We will meet at locker #69 next to Gate 2 – the middle most gate.

A full refund will be issued to customers 3 days in advance of the booking.
We can sail rain or shine, however, if the weather is unpleasant and you wish to reschedule, we are more than happy to do so.
Customers who cancel less than 3 days before departure time will not be refunded.

We recommend bringing warm clothes, a hat, sunscreen, beach towel and removable shoes.

  • We do require all guests to remove their shoes before stepping onboard. Either barefoot or to bring clean boat shoes in your bag.

For this experience, you are more than welcome to bring your own food and beverages (alcohol is permitted).

  • No red liquids are permitted (no red wine, bloody mary’s, etc.).

  • This is a non-smoking/vaping vesssel
  • No pets

Paid parking is available at the marina:

  • 2-3 hours $16
  • 3-5 hours $20
  • 5+ hours $25

Prices can vary on special occasions or holidays.

Everyone 12 years and younger must wear life jackets while onboard the vessel.

Excellent question! You will have 2 options for your sail

  1. Head to Coronado Bridge
    • In this option, we will sail along the US Midway, see landmarks like the Kissing statue, the Rady Shell, seaport village, view Coronado island and we will go under the Coronado bridge.
  2. Go see the Seals
    • This option is best in the morning when the winds are calmer. Here we will be sailing for around an hour there, circle the seals a few times, and head back. In some rare scenarios, you might view a dolphin or two.

Yes, absolutely! We recommend using the bathroom next to the marina office before we set sail. 

What to know before your trip!

We are located at Safe Harbor Sunroad Marina. Once you arrive at the marina, please proceed to locker 69, dock B (left side of the marina office at the end). Your Captain will meet you at the locker 15 minutes prior to the sail. After check in you will be escorted down to the vessel.

Please arrive 20 minutes before, for the marina is big and it’s easy to get lost. Your captain will meet you at Gate 2 ( the middle most gate), 15 minutes before departure time.
Please arrive on time. Our trip will be cut short if we leave late.

Maximum Capacity up to 12 guests.

A waiver (from wherewolf waiver) will be sent to your email when you book with us. The waiver must be filled out individually for each passenger before departure time.

On the Day of your Sail, 15 minutes before departure, you will meet your Captain at our lockers to sign 2 physical documents. 

  • Bareboat Contract 
  • Captains Engagement Agreement

These two contracts are required by the USCG to comply with bareboat regulations and will be with you onboard throughout your sail.
